He oversees each project from start to finish with impeccable leadership, communication, and organizational skills. These days, he specializes in handling AZMEP’s projects and operations.
Essam holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineer with over 15 years experience also he is grade A certified engineer from Kahramaa.
In his off time, Essam spends his time with wife and children. He also enjoys Reading , playing football.
Ahmed El MiligyOperation Director
Certified Fire Protection Engineer from National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)-USA and Qatar Civil Defense Department (QCDD).
Ahmad has 15 years broad experience includes new builds and refurbishments of existing buildings and his understanding and appreciation of risk management provides innovative solutions to challenges presented by existing constraints, or new unconventional architectural features. His project experience includes healthcare, commercial developments and apartment complexes. He has successfully handed over several large projects to QCDD.
In his spare time, Ahmad enjoys spending time with family and friends. he is also good footballer

Amer holds a BSC degree in mechanical engineering with more than 12 years experience and he is certified in MOME grade “B”Amer started his career as a mechanical engineer and through improving systems, solving problems and overcoming challenges he advanced into becoming a project manger, he has been part of many unique projects in Qatar such as, The Pearl, The National Museum and Lusail City.
He applies his experience in construction to drive the project to success from day one to the end of the project.
As Amer believes that Family is the most important part of life he spend most of his time out of work with family.
